Pete gets a lucky break

Make that two lucky breaks… We are thrilled to announce that on Monday night Willy took home two awards for Lean on Pete: the Ken Kesey Award for Fiction and the Oregonian/Literary Arts Peoples’ Choice Award. Big thanks to everyone who voted! Look for Willy this summer at events across Oregon with other Oregon Book Award winners (dates TBA).

Meanwhile, today Willy is off to Holland to promote the release of Lean on Pete there (see events page for info).
